Privacy Policy

We collect account data (name, email, password hash), domain watchlists, notification preferences, Telegram IDs when linked, billing invoice references, and basic login metadata (IP/user-agent) for security.

We use this data to operate monitoring, send alerts, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve DropDNS.

Payment card data is handled by Fawaterk. DropDNS does not store full card numbers.

We do not sell personal data. Service providers (email, Telegram, hosting, payments) process data only as needed to deliver DropDNS.

You can request account deletion via Contact. Some security logs may be retained briefly for fraud prevention and compliance.
